Rosebud is the Peninsula's big beach town: a long, safe bay beach and a 300-metre pier out front, a busy strip of cafes and restaurants across the road, and Arthurs Seat rising behind.

Rosebud's foreshore is the heart of the town: a 9km swimming beach protected by sandbars, the lit-up pier, one of the Peninsula's best playgrounds, and a long run of camping under the banksias, with the Bay Trail running the whole way.
